Craig Says # 4 - Interview with Angie Moon

As we edge towards the end of 2020, which has been a rather trying year, Angie Moon, from 'The Diversity of Classic Rock' took some time out to talk to me about music, my books, inspirations and life in general...

The full interview can be found via the link below and I must say the interview will be instrumental, no pun intended, in shaping the writing and production process for the new album which hopefully will drop early 2021...

Reflecting on ones music, life and future path is a somewhat daunting task but I'm glad I did it as it has given me a chance to pause and think carefully as I attempt to write, arrange, record and produce what I hope will be a diverse and fresh recording...

Life is indeed full of surprises and as I said in my song 'Life'... "No one has ever survived it"...

Like the rest of the world I have been watching the American elections somewhat concerned that Donald Trump may drag us all into a quagmire of unrest and adversity as he clearly has displayed either a genuine ignorance of the democratic process or just a plain disregard for anyone who dares to disagree with his primal tendencies; either way we, no doubt, will all hold our breath until January 20 2021 and hope that democracy will win in the USA and bring a new era of mutual understanding for all of us to move forward with...

So political unrest, natural disasters and any other variables aside... I hope to finish the new album by about March or April 2021 and look forward to sharing it with you...

Take care and breath deeply and stay tuned...

Onwards, upwards and sideways... kind regards...

Craig Payne...
